Mel Cross has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the State Manager Vic/Tas for ANZ Commercial Broker & Origination since August 2012, where Mel oversees the largest Small Business Banking Team in ANZ Australia, leading a team of 14 professionals. Previous roles at ANZ include Regional Executive, Area Manager, Head of Commercial Banking, and Commercial Relationship Manager, with responsibilities encompassing risk management, customer retention, and acquisition, as well as providing a comprehensive suite of products to commercial clients. Prior to ANZ, Mel worked at Travelex as South Island Sales Manager and Business Development Manager from September 2009 to August 2012. Mel holds education credentials from ANZIIF.
