Michael Ngo

Michael Ngo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and project delivery. As Co-owner and Director at Rudimentary Cafe from 2013 to August 2016, Michael helped transform a simple idea into a popular establishment in Footscray. Following this, Michael held various significant roles, including Scrum Master at ANZ since June 2019, and Iteration Manager at AIA Australia from July 2017 to May 2019, where notable projects included AIA Vitality for New Zealand and REST Superannuation customers. A brief tenure as Product Manager at REA Group in early 2017 included leading customer product initiatives and driving value for the commercial stream. Earlier experience at ANZ spanned multiple roles from 2009 to 2010, focusing on technology and digital analytics. Michael holds degrees in Applied Science and Engineering from RMIT University.
