Michelle Alexander

Michelle Alexander currently serves as the Chief Controls and Customer Outcomes Officer at ANZ since May 2024. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Commonwealth Bank from July 2010 to May 2024, including Chief Controls Officer and Chief of Staff for Retail Banking Services. Michelle's earlier career includes serving as Associate Audit Director at ANZ and Senior Audit Manager at General Electric, along with a managerial role in Business Process Reengineering at Andersen. Michelle is a Certified Practicing Accountant, having completed the CPA Australia Program, and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Victoria University of Technology.
