Michelle Elek is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture. Michelle began a career in human resources as a Generalist at UBS from December 2001 to March 2003, followed by a position as an HR Manager at Barclays from June 2003 to June 2008. Michelle served as HR Manager for Asia Ex Japan at Barclays Global Investors from January 2007 to January 2008 and continued to grow within the field, holding the title of Vice President Senior HR Business Partner at Credit Suisse from July 2015 to November 2024. Currently, Michelle is the Senior Business Partner for Talent & Culture at ANZ, starting in January 2025. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Commerce & International Business, both from the University of Sydney, where studies were completed between 2000 and 2007.
