Mike Fleming

Mike Fleming has over three decades of diverse experience in operations and project management within the financial services and logistics sectors. Currently, as a Senior Project Manager and Operations Subject Matter Expert at ANZ, Mike has held various leadership roles, including Head of Customer Service Operations and Head of Group Services, where responsibilities included overseeing operations in Manila, driving transformation agendas, and managing off-shored business activities in multiple geographies. Prior to this, Mike's career included strategic leadership positions within ANZ National Bank Ltd., The National Bank of New Zealand, and other organizations, with a strong focus on managing large teams and budgets, operational risk, and customer service. Mike holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
