Moniveark Sou

Moniveark Sou has extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking and human resources sectors, currently serving as Head of Sales Strategy and Management at Maybank Cambodia since March 2013. Previously, at ANZ since January 2006, Moniveark held positions as Head of Retail Operations and Head of HR, demonstrating a track record of driving retail business growth, managing operational costs, and enhancing customer service standards, while also developing HR capabilities and fostering a positive work environment. Prior experience includes a role as Training and Development Manager at British American Tobacco, where Moniveark focused on training strategies and recruitment, and as a Graduate Management Trainee in HR. Moniveark holds a Bachelor degree of Education from the Institute of Foreign Languages and a Bachelor degree in Management from the National University of Management.
