Natalia Ramirez

Natalia Ramirez is an experienced electronic engineer specializing in Information Security, currently serving as Associate Director of Business Risk & Security at ANZ. With 16 years in the IT industry—over 13 of which were dedicated to information security in the financial services sector—Natalia has developed strong leadership skills and a robust ability to foster collaborative relationships. Prior to ANZ, Natalia held several key roles at Grupo Bancolombia, including IT Security Design Team Leader and Information Security Strategy Team Leader, where they managed security policies and led teams in risk assessment and project management. Natalia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
