Nerida Oliver has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, beginning as a Consultant at Morgan & Banks from 1998 to 2000 and later serving as an On Site Consultant at TMP Worldwide. Between 2002 and 2004, Nerida worked as a Resource Manager at Atos Origin Middle East, handling international recruitment and strategic planning for expatriate relocations. After several roles at ANZ from 2013 to 2019, including Singapore Recruitment Manager and Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner, Nerida oversaw HR delivery teams across the APEA region and led significant recruitment initiatives.
