Nick Cowl is a passionate leader with extensive experience in managing large and complex contact center operations. With a background in sales and customer retention, Nick has previously held roles such as Head of Consumer Retention and Manager of the Mortgage Retention Unit at NAB, as well as Customer Care Lead at ANZ. Currently, Nick serves as the Head of Customer Contact Hub Manila & Performance, where they focus on leveraging direct channels to enhance customer advocacy and create engaged teams. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing from Deakin University.
