Currently serving as the Head of Contact Centre - HomeOwners, Solutions and Funds at ANZ Bank, Nicola leads approximately 400 bankers, focusing on customer lending and financial well-being. With a background that includes over a decade in HR leadership and significant roles in Operations and Frontline leadership, Nicola has successfully driven strategic initiatives and cultural change within the organizations. Nicola is also a board director for a New Zealand sporting organization and the local Intermediate school, advocating for workplace inclusion and supporting women's career advancement.
