Paul Lynex has extensive experience in credit and risk management within the banking sector, working at prominent institutions such as ANZ, ASB Bank, and The National Bank of New Zealand Limited. Over the years, Paul has held various senior positions, including Head of Institutional Relationships & Markets Credit Risk, Director of Group Credit Assurance, and Area Credit Manager & Relationship Manager. Responsibilities have included leading teams, ensuring the quality of credit portfolios, and conducting independent credit assurance reviews. Paul holds a post-graduate diploma in Banking from Massey University.
