Penny Murphy

Penny Murphy is a seasoned professional in risk management, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Risk Culture at ANZ, where they focus on strengthening risk management practices. Their past roles at ANZ include Conduct Risk Manager and Compliance Manager, where they oversaw various aspects of operational risk and compliance. Prior to this, Penny was the Owner of Aura House from 2013 to 2020, providing luxury accommodations in the Daylesford Macedon Ranges Region. They began their career at Coles Myer as an Internal Control Analyst and Auditor. Penny is also pursuing a Master of Professional Accounting at RMIT University and is enrolled in the CPA Program.
