Phil Bainbridge

Phil Bainbridge is an Initiative Lead in Data Management and Sourcing at ANZ, bringing over 23 years of experience as a Data Lead and Business Analyst. For 20 years, Phil worked in the banking industry and has a comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including stakeholder management, functional design, and both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies. Phil has led teams focused on meeting regulatory reporting requirements and has worked on multiple high-impact projects in credit risk, finance, and data management. Prior to their current role, Phil held various positions at ANZ and was a Business Analyst for Telstra.
