Prashane Soysa is currently the Performance & Portfolio Lead for Diversified and Specialist Industries at ANZ, where they have held various leadership roles focused on productivity and performance since 2023. They previously served in multiple capacities at ANZ, including as a Commercial Wealth Adviser and Domain Analyst, accumulating extensive experience in financial services. Prashane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics and Finance from RMIT University, graduated with Distinction, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne - Melbourne Business School. They also achieved the Certified Financial Planner designation from the Financial Planning Association. Earlier in their career, Prashane worked as a Superannuation Adviser at VicSuper from 2006 to 2010.
