Preethi Rani possesses extensive experience in software engineering and IT delivery, with a career spanning over two decades across multiple prestigious companies. Preethi worked as an Application Support Engineer at Vero Insurance New Zealand, managing incident queues and change control, leading to significant cost savings and efficient project handovers. Following this, Preethi served as a Software Engineer and later IT Delivery Manager at Suncorp Group, overseeing core insurance applications and leading multiple self-managing teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions. Preethi also held key roles at ANZ, including Engineering Practice Lead and Platform Lead for Core Banking, focusing on team capability uplift and system stability.
