Previously, Ramesh worked with the Indian Army in the technical division and held positions at Mphasis, Dell Canada, and ANZ, where significant contributions included the establishment of a Technology Service Desk and successful transitions of service desks in different regions. Ramesh holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Karnataka Technical Education Board and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Dr. C. V. Raman University, graduating with First Grade honors.
