Richard Copus is a seasoned technology and innovation leader with over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services. They currently serve as the Head of Digital Innovation & Partnerships and GM of Enterprise Architecture at ANZ, where they drive digital strategy and transformation. Richard has previously held senior roles at IAG and PwC, and has been an Executive Council Board Member for FinTechNZ since 2018. They are pursuing further education at The University of Auckland and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and hold an MBA from Copenhagen Business School as well as a BSc in Physical Sciences from The University of Auckland.
