Richard Culshaw

Richard Culshaw is an Enterprise Security Architect specializing in Information Protection at ANZ, a role they have held since 2022. With over 20 years of experience in cyber security and risk management, Richard has previously served as a Senior Manager at the National Australia Bank, overseeing the Cyber Security Operations Centre and various security functions. They also founded Smashed Avocado Consulting Pty Ltd, providing specialist cyber security and information risk consultancy services. Prior to their current role, Richard managed IT security for VeriSign Australia and worked as a Senior Detective in Computer Crime Investigation with Victoria Police.
