Richard Grayson

Richard Grayson possesses extensive experience in finance and strategy within major banking institutions, currently serving as General Manager of Strategy and Transformation at ANZ since December 2008. Grayson's diverse roles at ANZ include leading significant mergers and acquisitions, overseeing health divisions, and managing relationships within the corporate banking sector. Additionally, Grayson contributed to ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions as a Risk Committee Member and served on the Prudential Advisory Group for the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Prior positions include working as a Senior Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank and holding various roles at ANZ from 2003 to 2007. Grayson began a career as a Business Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet and holds degrees from The University of Auckland and a Post-Graduate Certificate from FINSIA, along with recent executive education from the Yale School of Management.
