Rob Pisano

Rob Pisano has extensive experience in the field of wellbeing and safety, currently serving as the Wellbeing and Safety Business Partner for ANZ across Australia, Asia, America, and Europe since 2000. In this role, Rob provides coaching and support to international Wellbeing Health & Safety HR Managers and leads the Wellbeing & Safety team at the Manila Service Centre. Additionally, Rob holds a voluntary leadership position in the SA Leadership team, focusing on Culture, Diversity, Community Involvement, and Talent development. Previous roles include Global Wellbeing Lead and Manager of Health & Safety in South Australia and the Northern Territory, where Rob successfully managed various initiatives that enhanced workplace wellbeing and safety. Rob also has experience as a Lecturer at TAFE SA and holds a Graduate Certificate in Health and Safety from the University of Adelaide, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and HR from Charles Sturt University.
