Rowan Tonkin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as GM - Process Excellence at ANZ since August 2023, Rowan has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of SaaS for HR Transformation in the JAPAC region at Oracle and General Manager of HR at multiple organizations such as Spark New Zealand, Vodafone New Zealand, and British American Tobacco NZ.
