Rupal Jamwal is a Senior HR Professional with a CIPD qualification and extensive experience in developing and delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives in financial services. Rupal worked in various roles, including HR Officer at Alpha Bank and Head of Human Resources at State Bank of India - UK, before becoming the Talent & Culture Business Partner for Europe at ANZ, where Rupal currently implements key HR initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion.
