Ruth's expertise encompasses UX strategy and research, having worked as a UX Strategist and consulting for several organizations. Ruth's career spans over two decades with key roles in project and service delivery management. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science from The University of Auckland.
