Ryan Tuazon

Ryan Tuazon is a Performance & Operations Lead with a solid background in the banking industry and extensive experience in support team leadership. They have served in various roles, including Service Desk Team Leader and Optimisation Lead at ANZ from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Atos as a Service Desk Team Leader and L2 Service Desk Analyst, contributing to financial account support. Ryan began their career at Air Relay Corporation and also worked in travel services at E-telecare Global Solutions. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, majoring in Computer Science and Information System from Centro Escolar University.
