Sam Jackel

Sam Jackel has extensive experience in technology leadership and program management, primarily with ANZ from September 2003 to October 2022, where roles included Technology Lead for Suncorp Bank Integration and Head of Technology for Retail Distribution. Sam led the technology approach for the divestment of the ANZ Wealth Division and coordinated delivery milestones across various tribes. Additionally, Sam served as Chair of the Customer Advisory Board for Cyara, shaping product roadmaps, and managed significant programs related to speech recognition and voice biometrics at Westpac and National Australia Bank. Sam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Communications and Electronics from RMIT University, obtained between January 1992 and January 1999.
