Sanjay Mathur is the Chief Economist for Southeast Asia and India at ANZ, a position held since 2017. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Economist for Asia Ex-Japan at RBS from 2007 to 2016, and as a Regional Economist at Barclays in 2007 and UBS from 1997 to 2007. Sanjay earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester between 1986 and 1988, and obtained a degree in Economics from Delhi University from 1982 to 1985.
