Scott Tainton

Scott Tainton is a seasoned professional in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Transformation for Home Loans at ANZ since May 2024. Previously, Scott held various leadership positions at ANZ from June 2005 to December 2022, including Program Lead for Mobile Lending and Performance Lead for the Home Owners Portfolio, where responsibility encompassed directing approximately 700 staff to meet customer and financial objectives across multiple retail product portfolios.
