Shane Dorman

Shane Dorman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in derivatives trading and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Rates and Credit Surveillance at ANZ since December 2022, Shane has previously held key positions such as Senior Project Manager - Derivative Stream Lead for the IBOR Transformation Project at Westpac Institutional Bank from 2020 to 2022, and Senior Derivatives Broker at GFI Group from 2018 to 2020. Shane's background also includes leadership roles at Westpac Institutional Bank as Director of Derivatives Trading and Director of Portfolio Risk Management, as well as Head of Rates Trading at Lloyds Bank - Sydney. Further experience encompasses trading and managing derivative products at St George Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Finance and Marketing from the University of New England in Australia.
