Sharyn B. is currently the ESG Reporting & Governance Lead at ANZ, where they lead initiatives to enhance ESG transparency and align with global reporting standards. Previously, Sharyn held various leadership roles, including General Manager of Risk, Safety & Assurance at Regional Facilities Auckland and Safety & Sustainability Manager at Stride Property Group, focusing on sustainability and risk management. They have extensive experience in risk consultancy from their time at Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Genesis Energy. Sharyn holds a BCA in Management and Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington and is pursuing further education in climate risk disclosures and risk management.
