Sherline Ebenezer is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the banking and service sectors, specializing in training and development, credit risk analysis, quality assurance, and customer service. Previously, they served as a Senior Master Trainer Coach at ANZ Support Services Pvt Ltd, where they mentored teams, conducted training sessions, and ensured high service delivery standards. They also excelled as a Senior Credit Assessment Officer, where they processed mortgage loan applications and managed client escalations.
