Shiv Sagar has extensive experience in investment banking and debt structuring, having held significant roles at various financial institutions. Previously, as a Transaction Lead at United Bank Limited from 2015 to 2018, Shiv managed end-to-end deal processes for the Debt Capital Markets and Syndications desk, successfully closing deals totaling over USD 6.7 billion. Their career also includes a position in equity research at Brokerage House and roles in corporate investment banking at Allied Bank Limited, where they managed a portfolio of corporate clients. Currently, Shiv serves as an Associate Director in Loan Structuring and Execution at ANZ while pursuing an MBA at the Institute of Business Administration.
