Stephanie Collis

Stephanie Collis is a Senior Manager of Capability at ANZ, with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, particularly in credit, sales, and leadership. Having earned a Graduate Diploma in Banking from Massey University and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Politics from the University of Canterbury, Stephanie is also qualified in Adult Learning. Stephanie leads a team of coaches and capability specialists to innovate learning approaches across the Pacific. Previous roles included positions such as Pacific Senior Credit Coach and Senior Capability Manager, where Stephanie focused on enhancing banking and leadership skills within the organization.
