Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill serves as the Head of Business Management for the Australian Branch Network at ANZ, overseeing workforce management, operating risk, communications, and daily operations for over 500 branches and 6,000 bankers. With more than 25 years of experience in Retail & Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, and Finance, Stephen has held various senior roles since joining ANZ in 2003. They previously worked as the Financial Reporting Manager at AXA and have held finance and treasury positions at Ansett, as well as serving as a Chartered Accountant at EY. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, also demonstrating a commitment to social justice through board positions with Good Shepherd Youth & Family Service and ANZ Trustees.
