Susana Chen

Susana Chen is an experienced digital producer currently working at Transurban since September 2023. Prior to this role, Susana served as a Digital Content Producer at ANZ from May 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included planning and delivering accessible web content using AEM and enhancing user experiences through A/B testing with Adobe Target. Susana also worked as a Digital Advisor for the Victorian Department of Health, focusing on web content production during the COVID-19 response, and previously held positions in digital marketing and management roles at Fancy Plants, The Chia Co, Bailey Nelson, Garen Jewellery, Australia-China Youth Association, and Salera's Jewelmasters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from 筑波大学 and a combined Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Japanese, and Chinese from Monash University.
