Swaraj De is a seasoned trade finance professional with over 17 years of experience in the BFSI sector, focusing on trade finance, supply chain finance, and international payments. They have held managerial roles for more than 12 years, overseeing aspects such as performance, delivery, and recruitment. Swaraj has successfully managed multiple business process transitions across APAC regions and is highly adept at cross-border payments and various universal banking software platforms. They began their career as a merchandiser and later served as a product manager before advancing to a managerial position at ANZ, where they currently lead critical business migrations and technical training initiatives.
