Tara Woolston

Tara Woolston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal and external audit management within the financial services sector. Tara served as Internal Audit Manager and then Internal Audit Director at CIBC Mellon from May 2016 to September 2019. An international assignment at KPMG US as a Senior Associate in early 2014 provided Tara with a global business perspective in the Asset Management division. Prior experience at KPMG included various roles, culminating in a Manager position, where responsibilities involved leading large audit engagements and delivering training on financial reporting standards. Currently, Tara holds the position of Senior Audit Manager at ANZ, having progressed from Assistant Manager to Senior Audit Manager since joining in May 2021. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from La Trobe University and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
