Previously, Tim held various roles at prominent organizations, including Senior OSS Architect at Vodafone NZ and Cloud and Infrastructure Manager at Mercury NZ, where they defined and executed strategic cloud initiatives. Tim has also contributed to global firms such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and Telstra, specializing in network management, cloud services, and security across multiple industries. They are passionate about building high-performing teams through mentoring and training. Tim's education includes a Diploma in Network Engineering from TAFE and participation in the Strategic CIO Programme at The University of Auckland.
