Tracy Poon

Tracy Poon is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Executive Director at ANZ since 2025. They previously held leadership roles in leveraged finance at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where they served as Vice President and Director. Tracy began their career as a Middle Office Analyst at The Chiba Bank Ltd, later advancing through positions at Mizuho Americas and Mizuho Bank. They hold a BA (Hons) in Japanese and Management from the University of Leeds and pursued a year abroad focusing on Economics and Japanese Studies at Kobe Gakuin University.
