Virginia Stracey-Clitherow

Virginia Stracey-Clitherow specializes in operations management, operational and conduct risk, corporate governance, and commercial management. They are currently the Head of the Programme Management Office for Nga Tapuwae, a five-year business-led transformation program. Most of their career has been with ANZ, where they held various roles in governance, assurance, vendor management, and customer engagement. Virginia also established and managed key governance and commercial functions for the mortgage broker business at ANZ. They earned a BA and BCOM in Marketing and Industrial Relations from the University of Auckland.
