Wendy Lee is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in loan structuring, execution, and sustainable finance. Currently serving as Director of Loan Structuring & Execution for Asia at ANZ since May 2011, Wendy leads a high-performance team and manages complex financial transactions for institutional clients. Wendy has also held roles within ANZ, including a secondment as Director of Sustainable Finance and previously as Executive Director. Earlier in the career, Wendy worked at Mallesons Stephen Jaques as a Solicitor, where services were provided to major financial institutions and corporations on various financing and restructuring transactions, along with earlier experience as a Paralegal. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Monash University.
