Wendy Suen is a co-founder of Quivalence, where they focus on banking and finance law while navigating complex regulatory transformations. Previously, they served as a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons, and held notable roles including Senior Legal Counsel at AMP and General Counsel at both the Bank of Scotland plc and New South Wales Treasury Corporation. Wendy has demonstrated expertise in overseeing transactional projects and leading teams, with a keen interest in legal innovation and challenging conventional approaches to law. Currently, they are engaged as Associate Director at ANZ, specializing in NFR remediation and embedding.
