Marcel Maderitsch

Marcel Maderitsch, LL.M., is a Compliance Professional Leader with extensive experience in the Pharma and Medical Devices industries. Currently, Marcel serves as the Director of Legal & Compliance at Daiichi Sankyo (Schweiz) AG, providing expert advice across various compliance areas. Previously, Marcel worked as a Compliance Auditor for Daiichi Sankyo Europe and as a Senior Compliance Officer at Vifor Pharma, where they successfully built and managed compliance programs. Marcel has also contributed to academia as a faculty member at the IRP Institute of St. Gallen University and has published work in legal journals.
