About AO Psychology

AO Psychology is a psychology practice dedicated to redefining mental wellness through a holistic approach. With our tagline "mental wellness redefined," we are committed to expanding the traditional understanding of psychological well-being to encompass mind and body interventions.

Our Vision

At AO Psychology, we believe that mental health extends beyond psychological aspects alone. We are on a mission to revolutionize the way mental health is approached by incorporating multi-disciplinary services that nurture holistic wellness. Our vision is to empower our clients not only to think right but also to live right, embracing a balanced lifestyle that fosters well-being in every aspect of their lives.

Our Approach

In line with our philosophy, we have integrated various multi-disciplinary services alongside traditional clinical psychology and counselling to address the multifaceted nature of mental health under one roof. Apart from tackling the mental state, we emphasize practices that promote physical health and emotional well-being. In this regard, we have incorporated practices such as integrative yoga, trauma-informed massage therapy, holistic nutrition and the like, to promote the vitality that our clients seek.

Our practice shall launch on 1 Nov 2024 under the AO Psychology branding. For enquiries and advanced appointment bookings, please email us at enquiries@aopsychology.com
