Anton Bodegraven is a current member of the daily management board of AOb, where they have been involved in labor conditions and educational content, as well as collective labor agreement negotiations. From 2015 to 2025, Anton served as sector director for primary education at AOb, and held roles as a legal staff member and regional director for Southwest. Additionally, since 2020, Anton has been a board member of the Vervangingsfonds and Participatiefonds, and they are currently the chair of the Arbeidsmarktplatform PO.
