Veronica Guzman is an experienced Project Manager with a long-standing career at MatrixCare and Answers On Demand, both since April 1999. In these roles, Veronica serves as the primary contact and implementation owner for various projects, overseeing the generation of project schedules and resource assignments. Responsibilities include developing project strategy materials, preparing cost estimates and statements of work, conducting kickoff and weekly status meetings, managing customer deliverables, tracking project status and costs, addressing project scope creep, ensuring adherence to best practices, and facilitating project closure and transition to the support team.
