Dennis Leduc

COO at AODocs

Dennis Leduc is currently the COO at AODocs. Prior to this, they were the VP-Collaboration at LafargeHolcim from December 2013 to August 2016. In this role, they were globally responsible for strategic leadership and management of innovative and transformative solutions in the enterprise, enabling the business to provide value to customers. Their key areas included Google, AWS, ServiceNow, Azure, big data / knowledge, digital engagement technologies, and mobile.

Under their program direction and global implementation of the LafargeHolcim merger collaboration environment (Day 1 and Day 100), the company saw a successful combining of employee / user bases of 120,000 across 114 countries. Dennis also designed and implemented a scalable global competence center for transformational technologies, which included strategy, governance, demand management, product management (business case, marketing, change, communication, go-to-market), and business partnering.

Leduc has a long history of partnering with enterprise architecture, IT operations, application developers / engineers, IT service management, IT security, IT Portfolio / PMO, IT governance, legal, compliance, procurement, and business to bring complex global solutions from proof of concept through to production. Dennis is also experienced in engaging vendor and partners and optimizing agreements to reduce costs and deliver more services across the organization. Lastly, they established internal marketing and product management for enterprise IT solutions during their time at LafargeHolcim.

Dennis Leduc has a degree in Cloud Architecture from the University of Washington. Dennis also has a CIO MBA from Boston University. Dennis has a certification in Advanced Engineering Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a certification in Science from the University of British Columbia. Dennis also has a certification in Science from Capilano University.

They are on a team with Todd Callen - EVP of Sales, Clément Denis - CTO. Their manager is Stéphane Donzé, CEO.
