Chris Berger is the Founder and CEO of Finnoconsult, where they measure and enhance digital customer experiences for financial institutions. Since 2016, Chris has utilized a data-driven approach to help banks and insurers achieve digital excellence through the Finnoscore, a benchmark tool for digital maturity. Additionally, they serve as a Senior Advisor at FinTech Forum, mentoring startups since 2014, and co-founded ENNO studio in 2019 to offer user experience and growth marketing services. Previously, Chris held various leadership roles at Erste Group Bank AG, where they were instrumental in developing innovative digital banking solutions. Chris earned an Executive Master’s in Responsible Retail Banking from LSE and IEB.
