Currently serving as Group CEO and Managing Partner at AOE, they specialize in strategic consulting and the development of digital products and solutions. Dr. Ludwig has held key positions at various financial services and IT consulting firms, and has been recognized for their contributions to digital transformation, leadership, and organizational development. They hold a Ph.D. from Paderborn University and a Master’s degree from Justus Liebig University Giessen, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
