Bill Starr

Bill Starr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst / Manager at Alpha Omega Group LLC, Bill provides support to the Tactical Networks Program Office. Previously, Bill held the role of Senior Project Manager at PEO C4I, where responsibilities included managing the acquisition and integration of cybersecurity capabilities for Navy networks. Bill also acted as Integration Platform Manager at PEO C4I / PMW 760, overseeing high-profile ship modernization programs. A retired Captain of the US Navy with over 25 years of service, Bill's military career includes designation as a Naval Aviator. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Integration and Supportability Lead at SPAWAR, ensuring readiness for computer system implementations. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Florida State University, an MBA in Business Administration and Tech Management from National University, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from California Culinary Academy.
