Mike Softa

Mike Softa, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and military operations. Currently serving as Manager/Senior Program Management Specialist at Alpha Omega Group LLC since November 2020, Mike supports the Government client in managing tasks for CANES Deployment within the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command. Previously, Mike was a Program Management Specialist at Systems Technology Forum, where contributions included coordinating program activities for CANES Development. Mike’s military background includes roles with the Army Special Forces, where logistics and communication strategies were expertly managed, resulting in successful operations. An instructional aide at Coastline Community College earlier in their career, Mike also holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Norwich University.
